Christmas Holiday Hours and Order Processing Times

 

 We are on holiday from 3pm AWST on the 23rd of December. We re-open on Monday 10th of January.



CANVAS and PAPER PRINT ORDERS
 
Our printers will be closing from 5pm AWST on the 24th of Dec and re-opening on the 10th of January.

 

PICK UP ORDERS (Perth Customer Only)

Perth customers who place print orders by midnight on the 20th of December will be able to pick up their orders from Arts Edge Photo and Frame by close of business on the 23rd of Dec.

Any pick up orders placed after midnight on the 20th of December will be processed when we return to the office from the 10th of January.

 

POSTAL ORDERS

Interstate and regional orders placed prior to the 15th of November should arrive before Christmas. Perth orders placed prior to the 1st of Dec should arrive before Christmas. Although there seems to always be some unforeseeable delivery delays with Covid-19 impacts and so we are unable to guarantee pre-christmas arrivals.

Orders that were placed after the 14th of November (and before the 21st of Dec) will be printed and dispatched, however it is impossible to say if they will arrive before Christmas.

This is due to delivery services such as Auspost and Toll, experiencing massive delays and backlogs from Covid-19.

Postal orders placed between 20th December at midnight and midnight on the 23rd December will be processed, however cannot guarantee to be despatched until after we reopen on the 10th Jan.

Orders placed after the 23rd of December will be processed when we return to the office on the 10th of January.

 

PRINT FRAMING and STRETCHING SERVICES

Framing services are booked out right up until Christmas. Any stretching and framing requests will be processed after we return from holidays on the 10th of Jan. 

We may have a small build up of orders to get through in January so we thank you for your patience in the first weeks back to work.

 

 

 PAINTINGS
 
We will close our painting pick up and dispatch services from the 23rd of Dec at 3pm and re-open on the 10th of January.

Homewares orders placed after the 20th of December at 4pm, will not be processed until we return from holidays from the 10th of Jan.

GENERAL INQUIRIES

Any emails sent after 5pm on the 23rd of December will be replied to from the 10th of January when we return to the office.
