Does my 10% sign up discount work on sale items?

Unfortunately not sorry. No further discounts apply other than the stated 20% and 30% off.

 

VOUCHERS

Can I use my voucher in the sale?

If you have a physical voucher we'll need to convert it to a digital one so please email store@anyabrock.com before the online sale Monday. If you have a digital gift card then you can use this to purchase goods during the sale.

If you're in Perth and want to buy online but pickup from the gallery (see below for pickup dates) just enter your gift card code and add a note that you'd like to pick up from store and we'll refund you the shipping.

 

SALE ITEM PREVIEW

How do I see what's going to be in the sale?

All of the paintings and homewares currently online will be reduced and all of the prints that have an image of them in-situ will be included in the sale. Just go to the SALE page Monday Feb 5 at 6am Perth time and 9am AEDT to see all the paper prints on sale. 

Unfortunately we cannot preview all of the prints now without making them live so best bet is to get online bright and early Monday morning.

 

CANVAS PRINTS

Are canvas prints included in the sale?

We have very limited stock of stretched canvas prints and they will be available in-store only (the shipping on stretched canvas prints would negate the 20% discount). 

Protea canvas prints will not be included in the sale.

 

ADDING ITEMS TO CART

I added a print to my cart but when I got to checkout it said it was sold out.

Please note that if you add an item to cart it does not mean it's being held for you. Whoever checks out first will get the item and you may find when you reach the final checkout page that items in your cart have sold out.

 

PICK UP options

Can I pick up my order instead of having it posted to me?

Yes. Enter the code PICKUP at the checkout. This will remove the shipping fee and have your order processed at the gallery. 

Please note that we have very strict and limited pick up days available. 

You MUST pickup between the 15th - 18th February from 10am - 5pm. 

If you can not make these pick up times please select postage.

We do not have any other pick up locations available.

 

RETURNS POLICY

I changed my mind, can I return my item? 

No. Unfortunately there is a strict no 'rain checks' returns policy on sale items. 

I received my purchase and it is not what I ordered, can I return it?

Yes. In the unlikely event that your order is mixed up, we will happily send you the correct item or allow you to return the order for a refund. 

I received my purchase and it is damaged or faulty, can I return it? 

Yes. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty and this was not in the product description for the sale item, we will happily replace or refund your item. 

 

SHIPPING

How long will delivery take?

Please allow up to 30 days for your item to arrive (more for international orders). We only have a small team of retailers and dispatch crew and they will be very busy during the sale period so processing times will be longer than usual. Thank you for understanding.

How will I know when my order is on the way? 

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with a link to view your online order. Follow the link and you will be able to look up your tracking details. Please note that dispatch may take up to two weeks from the initial ordering date to process your item for postage.

What do I do if my order does not arrive after 30 days?

Please check your tracking details and contact the postal or delivery service for updates on your orders delivery status. If the tracking for your order is incorrect or empty, please email store@anyabrock.com and we will follow it up asap.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The item I want is sold out online. Can I come and buy one in store at the sale price? 

No. Unfortunately the only stock that is for sale online is what we have in store. Once this is sold out, there will be no more released at the sale price.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship overseas?

Yes.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my overseas purchase?

Maybe. Please check this with customs in your country of residence. If your items are over $1000 each, some countries will withhold the items until you pay an import duty or tax.

In very rare cases customs may chose to inspect your item. In the UK (and possibly other countries) this inspection fee may be passed onto the customer. 

Please note that Anya Brock is not liable for any import duties, taxes, levies, or customs fees that your country of residence charges you for the receiving of your item. Please familiarise yourself with the import duties, taxes and charges that your country of residence applies to items being sent from Australia.

 

PRINTS

I am trying to order a print online but the one I want is not discounted. How do I get the 30% on my order?

Unfortunately we are not discounting the 'print to order' prints online. We are only discounting the prints we already have in stock in the gallery. Please go to the SALE section of the website to access the Prints that are on sale. Prints will go live on Feb 5 at 6am Perth time (9am Sydney time).

 

I want to order print that is on sale in a different size but it is not available.

Unfortunately we do not have every print in every size available on  sale. There is only a limited range available on sale at 30% discount. If you require something that is not listed in the SALE section then you will need to order it from the full price print section.

 

PAINTINGS

I purchased a painting online and I need it delivered. How do I arrange this?

One of our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery address. From here they will invoice you for the delivery cost and send out your painting.

Is painting delivery included in the cost of the painting?

No, unfortunately we can not include the painting delivery cost with your purchase. We will invoice you separately for delivery. Please see the Shipping section next to the painting you are interested in purchasing for shipping prices to capital cities. Prices may vary if you live in a rural area.

How much does it cost to have a painting delivered?

On average it costs between $100 and $390 for a delivery. This depends on the size of the painting and the destination for delivery.
