Sale commences 9am AWST, Thursday 19th May. 

Sale ends 9am AWST, Friday 27th May.  

The 15% discount is only valid for full priced canvas and paper prints purchased on the Anya Brock website.

Valid for online print purchases with a total spend of $100 or more.

No other discounts can be applied to the same purchase.

Unfortunately, discounts can not be applied retrospectively for purchases made outside of the sale period. 

No need to enter a discount code.

The discounted price will be applied automatically at the checkout for any valid purchases.

No further discounts can be applied at checkout. 

Pick Up is available for Perth customers from Arts Edge Photo and Frame in Edgewater WA. Unfortunately, the ARTS EDGE PICKUP code can not be used on discounted prints. If you are collecting your prints from Arts Edge in Edgewater WA, please write ARTS EDGE PICKUP in the notes of  your online order and we will refund you the shipping when we process the order.

Items that are excluded from the sale and will not be discounted:

  • Any item that is not an Anya Brock Paper or Canvas print for sale on the website.
  • Original Artworks.
  • Purchases made using another discount code such as the trade or personal discount codes.
  • Any of the Customised, Stretched and/or Framed Canvas or Paper Prints.
  • Shipping Fees.
  • Homewares (Online Studio Stock Sale Items).
  • Already discounted items.
  • Stretching and/or Framing services.
  • Vouchers and Gift Cards (these will not be discounted in the sale. You can use your existing vouchers or gift cards to purchase prints that are on sale.
  • Purchases made prior to the SALE start date or time. The Online Print Sale discounts will not be applied retrospectively to any purchases made prior to the commencement of the sale. If you made a purchase at any time or date prior to 9am AWST on Thursday 19th of May, you will have paid the full purchase price. We will not be refunding the equivalent discount on purchases made outside the sale event.

 

The ‘Online Print Sale’ and ‘Online Studio Stock Sale’ are two separate sales.

The ‘Online Print Sale’ applies to online Canvas and Paper Print purchases made on the Anya Brock Website. These orders are dispatched or collected out of Edgewater WA from Arts Edge Photo and Frame.

Our ‘Online Studio Stock Sale’ applies to our homewares collection. These are dispatched from Fremantle WA. These can not be collected or dispatched at the same time or location as print orders. 

 

COMBINED ORDERS

I am purchasing an ‘Online Studio Stock Sale’ item and an ‘Online Print Sale’ item. Can I pick them up together?  Unfortunately not sorry. Our products are created, stored and shipped from various locations in Western Australia. This means that Pick Up and Shipping details are varied.

The 15% OFF ‘Online Print Sale’ only applies to Canvas and Paper Prints. These are produced, shipped, or collected from Arts Edge Photo and Frame in Edgewater WA. 

Homewares (Online Studio Stock Sale items) are shipped from our Fremantle Studio Storeroom. These are processed separately to Prints and any non-sale items which are located elsewhere. 

 

I am purchasing an Original Painting and a SALE Print. Can I pick up my painting and SALE Print together?

No, unfortunately not. Our paintings and prints are not in the same area in WA. Collections and dispatch are run separately for these two products.

 

I am purchasing an Original Painting and a Paper and/or Canvas Print. Can the shipping be combined? Unfortunately not sorry. Original paintings are sent separately from a different location and in specific packaging that can not accommodate other products.

 

10% MAILING LIST SIGN UP DISCOUNT

Does my 10% sign up discount work on sale items?

Unfortunately not sorry. No further discounts apply to sale items.

 

VOUCHERS

Can I use my voucher in the sale? 

Yes.

If you have a physical voucher (3 digit code) we'll need to convert it to a digital one so please email store@anyabrock.com to facilitate.

If you have an online gift card (16 digit code) then you can use this to purchase goods during the sale. Simply enter the code into the discount/gift card code box at the checkout.

  

RETURNS POLICY

I changed my mind, can I return my item? 

No. Unfortunately there is a strict no 'rain checks' returns policy on sale items. If you would like to change your order to another print of equal or higher value, please contact us at store@anyabrock.com. If we have not commenced printing yet, we will be able to edit your order. Once printing has commenced, no changes can be made.

 

I received my purchase and it is not what I ordered, can I return it?

Yes. In the unlikely event that your order is mixed up, we will happily send you the correct item.

 

I received my purchase and it is damaged or faulty, can I return it? 

Yes. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty and this was not in the product description for the sale item, we will happily replace your item. In the event that we are unable to offer replacement, we will refund you.

 

PICK UP OPTIONS

Can I pick up my order instead of having it posted to me?

‘Online Print Sale’ orders have a Pick Up option for customers in Perth, WA.

Due to limitations with our web provider, we are unable to apply the pick up code on sale items. To facilitate a pick up from Arts Edge Photo and Frame in Edgewater WA, please write ‘ARTS EDGE PICKUP’ in the notes section on your order. 

We will then refund your shipping fee within 72 hours of your order being placed. 

Due to shopify, paypal, payment platforms and bank processing times, it may take a few weeks for the refund to appear in your account. Please let us know if your refund does not appear in your account within 3 weeks.

Arts Edge will notify you when your order is ready to collect.

 

SHIPPING

Please note that COVID-19 has created delays within the dispatch and postal services. Whilst many orders will still arrive within expected timeframes, there are some unpredictable delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding with any delivery delays that may occur on orders.

 

How long does delivery take? 

We send all Australian orders with Australia Post and Toll. 

Our Paper and Canvas prints are printed to order.

Printing and processing typically takes 2-10 business days. This may take up to 14 business days during the sale as demand on the printers is higher than usual.  

As a guide, once your items have been processed, the standard delivery times are typically 2 - 8 working days depending on your location in Australia. Regional Australia can take up to 20 working days. 

We dispatch our Canvas and Paper Prints from Edgewater WA 6027.

 

International Orders are sent with the most appropriate carrier on the day. This could be UPS, Australia Post or Toll, to name a few. With Covid-19 it is not possible to predict international delivery times. You will receive tracking information once your order is collected from our printers. This will enable you to keep an eye on your order.

 

How will I know when my order is on the way? 

As soon as your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with a link to view your online order. Follow the link and you will be able to look up your tracking details. 

 

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

Please check your tracking details and contact the postal or delivery service for updates on your orders delivery status. If the tracking for your order is invalid or empty, please email store@anyabrock.com and we will follow it up asap.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship overseas? 

Yes

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my overseas purchase?

Maybe. Please check this with customs in your country of residence. Some countries will withhold the items until you pay import duties, taxes and fees.

In very rare cases customs may choose to inspect your item. In the UK (and possibly other countries) this inspection fee may be passed onto the customer. 

Please note that Anya Brock is not liable for any import duties, taxes, levies, or customs fees that your country of residence charges you for the receiving of your item. Please familiarise yourself with the import duties, taxes and charges that your country of residence applies to items being sent from Australia.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The item I want is sold out online. Can I come and buy one in the studio at the sale price? 

No. Unfortunately not. All of our available stock is listed online. Once this is sold out, there will be no more released at the sale price.  

 

ADDING ITEMS TO CART

I added a print to my cart but when I got to checkout it said it was sold out.

Please note that if you add an item to cart it does not mean it's being held for you. If you are purchasing a limited edition or 'one off' item that other shoppers are also looking to purchase, you may find when you reach the final checkout page that items in your cart have sold out.
